So, what is so special of that UPIT Korean BBQ Nonstick Grill Pan?

• Fast heating goes better grilling.

High purity aluminum body has higher heat-efficiency than any other materials, including commercial aluminum kitchenware. High heat efficiency allows meat to be grilled much faster, thereby losing less juice from the ingredients. Therefore, you can enjoy higher level of barbecue thanks to this pan. Die-casting aluminum whole body and excellent nonstick coating are also sturdy and easy to clean.

• Good to be called “Maillard Grill Pan”

Have you ever heard of “Maillard Reaction”, which is the key of grilling & roasting? When you put the meat on the pan in high temperature, soon you can see the meat turns to brown(not gray). It seems to be burnt, but it’s not. With that char mark, some chemical reactions happened on surface of the meat. This pan is optimal, touching 280~320°F really fast which is great temperature for the chemical reaction. If you want to meet the best quality of grilling, this would be the perfect choice.
